Application
Apply the eyeliner to your upper lash line; starting from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye.
Beauty Note
You can also intensify the eyeliner effect in stages. All you need do here is trace the liner to the desired thickness, then extend the line outward with your eye open to open the gaze further.
